Nutrition Consulting Jump Start
There is a growing number of women who need personal nutrition consulting. I offer a 75 minute meeting to review your health and lifestyle goals. My goal is to offer you guidance for making changes to increase your vitality. Together we talk about what is challenging you, where you would like to be, and how to get you there for the long run. One follow up email will come from me inclusing the following:

Custom Meal Plans
Sometimes it’s easier to have someone else create your weekly meal plan. If you are trying to achieve a new health goal, or dealing with a health challenge, eating the right foods can make a huge difference in your energy level. Nutrition changes can help improve your sleep, your skin, your mood, and your weight. I work privately with clients to develop meal plans for a set number of weeks based on their own needs. No two plans are same and each custom meal plan will be delivered after we discuss your health history and goals.
