Hi, I’m Emily.
Most days you can find me creating a meal in the kitchen or on the tennis courts. On Sundays, I’ll be surrounded by my favorite cookbooks crafting a new meal plan for the week. If you are looking for me in the summer, I’ll be at the beach.
I’m mostly known for encouraging friends to try new recipes. It may be for energy balls for the kids, or a husband-friendly vegetarian dish. Someone is often looking for the dinner recipe I made for a party last weekend.
People often wonder why I have so much energy, yet call me “calm.” Let me tell you, it takes a plan. Learning how to take care of myself and my family is the top priority for me. I make time to figure out my meal plans for the week, create detailed grocery lists and am ready to tackle the dinner hour everyday.
The thing I am most passionate about in life is getting us all back to eating real food. Let’s skip the processed stuff and eat what makes us feel our best.
